"My husband has had coverage with StateFarm for almost 5 years and he’s never been able to talk to his assigned agent, Michael Oehrke, not one single time. We’ve reached out several times but always have to speak to someone else. He originally was on a joint plan with his father; unfortunately, last year their house was struck by lightning and they were dropped by StateFarm. My husband continued to keep his coverage with StateFarm, however after the recent fires in California, his rate has gone up tremendously! My husband commutes no more than 20 miles a day for work and has a squeaky clean driving record, but was being charged nearly $200/month, which is just outrageous! We have tried contacting Michael multiple times, but again he has never retuned our calls.

Due to this negligence and poor service, my husband switched to Progressive and is paying 30% less than what he was being charged with his StateFarm policy!

I’m not sure how Michael’s office has received so many high ratings, but myself, my husband, his dad and several other family friends have had nothing but bad experiences with this office!"
